I started working various jobs with the Meridian School District in 2004. I started as a substitute teacher in 2004 and 5 summers I'd worked with the IRI (Idaho Reading Indicator) program helping students grade K-3 with phonics and reading skills so they were able to test at grade level and improve their skills.
