I am currently finishing up my Masters Program at USF in Education Administration. I have been teaching in Hillsborough County Public Schools for 7 years. I have taught all elementary subjects from fifth grade and third grade. Also, I have worked with teachers as a science instructional coach for 2 years.My educational philosophy is based on the student. My student centered approach builds upon their interests and motivations. As a teacher, I take time to learn about the students interest and
