I began my extensive teaching career in the Boston Public School system. I was selected to establish the curriculum, teaching aids, and teach all subjects in Spanish and English to sixth graders with a broad variety of proficiency in these languages. I quickly learned that I needed to establish individual programs for each child to ensure their success. Using this strategy I was able to prepare my students so that all of them were able to pass year end standardized exams and proceed to the next
