My personal goal is to make learning fun and engaging for each student. I do this by developing lessons that incorporate the student's interests and strengths. It is important that the learning take place at an appropriate level and pace which is unique to each student. I am an experienced ESOL teacher, so I understand how to present information in a variety of ways. As a teacher I understand that it is difficult to structure lessons that meet every child's needs at all times. That is why I feel
