I have just retired as a teacher in Southern California. During that time I taught middle school and high school subjects, Reading, Math, and Home Economics. I love working with children on an individual basis to improve their skills and have that "light bulb moment". There is nothing more satisfying that a student saying "I get it now!"Multiple teaching methods that I use have allowed students that would not be able to understand one way to understand another. Children need to be taught
