I am retired from business where I was Plant Manager and Vice President of several companies. During several of those years, I taught at a local college in the evenings, teaching Math and Science but also several other courses. At work I felt my responsibility was that each of my supervisors should be able to be promoted to Plant Manager, so I was constantly teaching them. My wife and I were youth directors at our church as we love young people. I try to live by the motto, "People don't car
