Hi there!I am Herman and I have been teaching for the past 25 years. I have a wide field of experience teaching Math and Science to culturally diverse populations which includes teaching at an International School with a Baccalaureate Program. I have also taught in the Fiji Islands.I have a clinical approach to teaching. I conduct diagnostic tests to determine where the students are and then go on from there.
