I graduated from college 2008, with a degree in English, and also received eligibility to become a Licensed Middle Grades, Teacher. I was a Teacher at Bertie Middle School in 2010-2012, and worked several years after at the Boys and Girls Club, as a Program Lead Teacher. My experience with youth has led me to want to reach one, and teach, one child at a time. Learning should be exciting, creative, and always on a positive avenue.
