I spent my corporate life on the sales and marketing side of a public real estate development company where the path to promotion was to plan for succession. In other words, in order to move up the ladder you first had to replace yourself. Which is what I did for nearly 20 years until I left the company as its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and member of the Board Of Directors. Along the way I developed a passion for teaching others not only what I knew but how to bring out the best in themse
