I obtained my undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University and my graduate degree from St. Thomas University. I've been in the field of education for 15 years, both as a teacher and at different administrative levels. I have taught elementary, all subjects, and middle school Language Arts and Reading. Through the years, I have seen the educational system go through many trends and cultural changes, always affecting one critical element; connecting learning to purposeful experiences.
