I am a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist, certified in Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007, Microsoft Excel 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 and 2007 and Microsoft Word 2003 and 2007.I have taught basic computer skills from 1999 to the present consisting of how to use a search engine, how to navigate your system, and how to save documents on the computer created by the user as well as downloaded documents. I have taught how to download updates of existing programs as well as new programs a
