I have been teaching for years but what makes me unique is that teaching is my calling, so I rely on God for wisdom in how best to help a student. I treat each child as if they were my own and once they have entered my life I am invested in that child (calling to check in, attending events/games when invited and if my schedule permits , etc) to show my support.
