My personal philosophy of teaching is based on the belief that each student is an individual with unique potential and learning needs. As a teacher I work to guide each student to reach his or her full potential by use of methods, which benefit the visual, auditory, and tactile learner. I support each student through the cultivation of a safe, comfortable environment in which students can develop, share, and reflect on their own thoughts, ideas and opinions, thus enriching their academic experie
